精准扶贫视域下高校贫困大学生救助问题的调查研究

An Investigation and Research on the Aid of Impoverished College Students in the Perspective of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

党的十八大以来,全国全力推进"精准扶贫"这一政策,而高校作为精准扶贫的前沿阵地,在扶持贫困学生方面担负着重要使命。将"精准扶贫"的思想理念和基本内容引进到高等教育的救助工作中,扶贫先扶智,实现"精准救助",这既是扶贫工作在教育领域的集中体现,也是解决现阶段高校救助工作荆棘载途的有效途径。要做到"精准救助",应坚持以"精准扶贫"为思想指导,围绕社会、政府和自身三方面积极开展符合当代贫困大学生特点的救助工作,不断改革创新,逐步推动救助工作精准化的新发展。

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Chinese Communist Party,the whole country has pushed forward the policy of＂Precise Poverty Alleviation＂. Colleges as the front line of targeted poverty alleviation have an important mission to support poor students. The idea of poverty alleviation and basic content are introduced into the work of education,to realize accurate rescue,need poverty alleviation firstly. Not only the concentrated reflection of poverty alleviation work in the field of education,but also an effective way to solve the current work. To achieve accurate rescue,should insist the ＂Precise Poverty Alleviation＂as the guidance,around three aspects： society,government and its own,actively carry out in accordance with the contemporary characteristics of poor college students with ＂Precise Poverty Alleviation＂as the core of rescue work,continuously reform and innovation. Gradually promote the new development of rescue work precision.
