硫化铜镍矿清洁生产研究与实践

矿山企业属于典型的高耗能、高污染的涉重行业,为实现企业可持续发展,推行清洁生产势在必行。通过对某矿山清洁生产审核研究实践,系统分析了企业的清洁生产潜力,确定了审核重点和目标,并针对审核重点物料平衡及固体废物、废水产生、资源能源消耗等原因进行了重点分析,有针对性地提出了38项清洁生产方案。通过清洁生产方案的实施,企业建立和完善了清洁生产制度,细化了管理,职工的清洁生产意识不断增强,矿井水复用率明显提高,资源能源消耗有所降低,污染物不同程度减少,实现了企业环境效益与经济效益双赢。为今后矿山企业实施清洁生产审核工作提供思路和借鉴,对该行业清洁生产工作的开展具有一定的借鉴意义。

Mining enterprises are typical industries with high energy consumption and high pollution. It is imperative to promote clean production in order to achieve sustainable development of enterprises. Through the review and research on the cleaner production of a mine enterprise,analyzed the cleaner production potential of the company and determined the audit priorities and objectives. And focused on the analysis of key material balance and solid waste,waste water production,resource and energy consumption and other reasons were analyzed,and targeted38 cleaner production programs were put forward. Through the implementation of the cleaner production plan,enterprises have established and improved the cleaner production system,detailed management,and employees’ awareness of cleaner production has been continuously enhanced. Mine water reuse rate has been significantly improved,resources and energy consumption have been reduced,pollutants have been reduced to varying degrees,and the company has achieved a win-win environment and economic benefits. This will provide ideas and lessons for the future implementation of cleaner production audits by mining companies,which will provide a reference for the development of cleaner production in the industry.
