摘要
随着第三产业的发展,餐饮油烟污染日益突出,现行国标已不能满足大气环境管理的需求,国内各地餐饮业大气污染物排放地方标准已相继出台。综合分析了重庆市餐饮业的发展趋势,比较国内各地标的控制因子,对重庆市制定相应的地方标准提出了建议。
With the development of the tertiary industry,the pollution of cooking fume is becoming more and more prominent. The current national standard can no longer meet the demand of atmospheric environment management.And the local standards of air pollutants emitted from catering industry have been issued one after another. This paper comprehensively analyzes the development of catering industry in Chongqing. By comparing the control factors of the different local standards in China,some suggestions are put forward to establish the corresponding local standards in Chongqing.
