摘要
为改善间接空冷系统中空冷塔在环境风下的性能,提出了两种新型塔内导流装置:圆环型和螺旋型导流板。通过数值模拟得到不同风速和导流板间距下空气流场及空冷塔性能。结果表明,内部导流板能提高环境风下空冷塔性能,且随风速升高,导流板的优化作用更显著。导流板间距为2m和4m时,螺旋导流板改善作用优于圆环导流板;导流板间距为6m时,圆环导流板空冷塔性能显著提升,两种导流板对空冷塔的影响无明显差异。
In order to improve the thermal performance of cooling towers in indirect cooling system,two kinds of innovative interior guiding devices, circular deflectors and spiral deflectors, were proposed. Cooling-air flow fields and the performances of cooling towers under different wind velocities and deflector intervals were obtained by numerical simulation.The results showed that the interior deflectors could promote the performance of cooling towers under cross-wind,moreover,with the increase of cross-wind speed,the deflectors ' optimization effects became more significant. When the deflector interval was 2 m and 4 m,the favorable effects of spiral deflectors were better than that of circular ones. When the deflector interval was 6 m,the performance of cooling towers with circular deflectors was improved greatly,thus,there wasn't obvious differences between the influences of two kinds of deflectors on cooling towers.
