枣园修剪机连接座的设计及有限元分析 被引量:4

摘要 枣园修剪机连接座是整机的关键部件之一,为验证其设计的合理性、可靠性,利用Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件对连接座在最大受力情况下进行应力和应变分析。仿真结果表明:最大形变量为1.620 3mm,发生在前连接板座左下部,最大应力为224.51MPa,主要发生在右侧板折弯处,并对连接座进行了强度校核,符合设计要求。同时,对连接座进行模态分析,获得一阶固有频率为152.28Hz,外界激励频率均小于此频率,不会发生共振,并对连接座进行了试制。测试结果表明,修剪机连接座设计满足工作要求。 Jujube pruning machine is one of the key parts of the connecting seat,for rationality,verify the reliability of the design,the connecting seat at the maximum under the condition of stress by using Ansys finite element analysis software Workbench,the stress and deformation are analyzed.The results show that the maximum deformation is 1.6203 mm,the connection plate in the lower left front seat,the maximum stress is 224.51 MPa,mainly on the right side plate bending,and the connecting seat of the intensity,comply with the design requirements; at the same time to connect a modal analysis is carried out to obtain the first-order natural frequency is 152.28 Hz,the external excitation the frequency is less than this frequency,the resonance will not occur,and the connecting seat to trial.The results show that the design of the connecting seat of the trimmer meets the requirements of the work.
