行星齿轮连杆式栽植机构的设计与仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 分析了栽植机构功能需求,设计了一种行星齿轮连杆式栽植机构,建立了栽植机构的分析简图;采用矢量法建立了栽植装置的运动学模型,并对运动学模型求解,求得栽植机构末端轨迹、速度和加速度方程;利用VB6.0优化连杆机构尺寸,求得行星架的长度L_(OA)=6 2 mm,连杆AB的长度L_(AB)=6 2 mm,杆件BJ的长度L_(BJ)=1 2 0 mm,杆件JP的长度L_(JP)=1 9 1 mm为最佳设计尺寸。同时,在优化的基础上建立了虚拟样机模型,并通过ADAMS对栽植机构进行了轨迹仿真,其仿真轨迹与理论轨迹基本相符,能满足栽植机构的栽植的农艺要求,对栽植机构的设计具有一定的参考价值。 According to the functional requirements of planting mechanism,a planetary gear-type planting mechanism was designed,establishing the analysis sketch of planting mechanism,The kinematics model of the planting device was established by vector method and solving the kinematics model,obtaining the equation of the end trajectory,velocity and acceleration of the planting mechanism then using the VB6.0 to optimize the dimensions of linkage,obtaining the length of the planetary frame L(OA)= 62 mm,the length of the linkage L(AB)= 62 mm,the length of the linkage BJ is L(BJ)= 120 mm,the best design size of the linkage JP is L(JP)= 191 mm,based on the optimization,a virtual prototyping model is established,then carrying out the trajectory simulation of planting mechanism by ADMAS.The simulation trajectory is basically consistent with the theoretical trajectory,could meet the agronomic requirements of transplanting plant,It has certain reference value for the design of planting mechanism.
