高地隙轮式自走喷雾机液压系统的设计研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对玉米与棉花等高秆农作物的生长后期喷雾作业环境及液压传动的技术特点,设计了高地隙轮式自走喷雾机的液压系统,对行走液压工作系统中各元器件工作状态进行了分析,根据工作环境进行了元器件选型,并运用建模软件AMESim进行液压回路的仿真分析,将分析结果作用于样机的制造,同时并对样机进行验证。试验结果表明,设计的液压驱动系统满足使用要求。 In connection with spray operating environment technical characteristics of hydraulic transmission of the late growth of corn and cotton and other high-growth crops,we designed a hydraulic system with a high gap wheel self-propelled sprayer,then alalyze and do research on the working state of the components in the hydraulic system.According to the working environment,we carried out the selection of components.And the modeling software AMESim is used to simulate and alalyze the hydraulic circuit.The results of the analysis were ued in Prototype manufacturing,and verified the test of prototype.The test results show that the design of the hydraulic drive system to meet the requirements.
