摘要
针对果园除草作业机械易伤果树、果树株间除草困难、人工须二次补耕等问题,研究设计了一种具有果园株间除草自动让树装置的果园除草机。通过阐述果园株间自动让树装置工作原理,研究了让树动作的实现方式及果园株间自动让树装置的耕作要求,最终确定了果园株间自动让树装置的设计方案,并完成了果园株间自动让树装置的整机建模及关键部件的设计。同时,对液压控制系统进行了理论分析与设计,确定了液压系统的执行元件及动力元件的工作参数,并利用AMESim软件对液压系统做出仿真分析,验证液压系统设计的合理性。
Aim to some problems of the weeding machine including fruit trees easily attacked by the machinery,difficulty in weeding among plants and the secondary tillage,an automatic setup allowing trees for weeding among plants in orchards was designed.Firstly,the working principle and cultivation requirements of this device and the implementation way of the action allowing trees were analyzed to determine design scheme of the experimental setup.Meanwhile,the complete machine modeling of this apparatus and design of the key parts were investigated.Secondly,the analysis of the theory and design for the hydraulic control system was studied to determine its working parameters of actuators and dynamic components.Finally,software AMESim was performed simulation analysis for the hydraulic system and rationality of this system is validated.
