与微耕机匹配的振动式根茎类收获机设计与试验 被引量:2

摘要 针对我国小区域耕地花生、马铃薯、大蒜、生姜等根茎类作物收获时存在的人工作业劳动强度大、收获效率低及损伤率较高等问题,设计了一种与微耕机匹配的振动式根茎类收获机。该收获机由微耕机提供动力,采用高频振动式前进方式,可一次完成切土、松土、挖掘及提升等作业。其作业性能稳定、操作方便且收获效果良好,能满足根茎类作物收获的农艺要求。阐述了该收获机的主要结构及工作原理,介绍了关键部件及技术参数,并利用Simulation Xpress软件对关键部件进行了运动学仿真、应力分析和有限元分析,为我国根茎类作物收获机的研制提供了参考。 In order to solve the problems such as high labor intensity,low harvesting efficiency and high damage rate when potato,peanut,garlic,ginger and other rhizome crops are harvested in small plots in our country,a kind of vibratory rootstock harvester matching with micro-cultivator is designed.The machine is powered by a micro tillage machine,and a high frequency stepping method is adopted.It can finish cutting,soil loosing,digging and lifting at one time.The utility model has the advantages of stable operation,convenient operation and good harvesting effect,and can satisfy the agronomic requirement of the rhizome crops harvest.This paper mainly introduces the structure and working principle of the machine,introduces the key components and technical parameters,and the key components are the kinematics simulation by using Simulation Xpress software,stress analysis and finite element analysis,which provides a reference for the development of China's rhizome crops harvester.
