摘要
鉴于我国新疆地区大面积的种植模式,人工移栽穴盘苗存在劳动强度大、成本高、移栽周期长、移栽效率低等问题,设计了一种移栽机自动送盘机构。针对设计的自动送盘机构,以番茄钵苗为试验对象,对自动送盘机构的性能进行试验,确定机构设计的合理性。结果表明:自动送盘机构的穴盘层位置准确率达到99.7%以上,验证了自动送盘机构设计的合理性。同时,找出了影响试验性能的不利因素,为提高移栽机自动化性能提供了理论依据。
In view of large area planting pattern in the area of Xinjiang,artificial transplanting plug seedling has the problem of large labor intensity,high cost,long transplanting period and low efficiency of transplanting.This paper designs a kind of automatic feeding mechanism.According to the design of the automatic plug sending mechanism,the experiment of the automatic plug sending mechanism is carried out based on the tomato seedling to determine the rationality of the mechanism design.The test results show that the automatic feeding mechanism of the plug layer position accuracy is more than 99.7% that verifies the rationality of the design of automatic feeding mechanism and meets the work requirement.This paper also finds the adverse factors affecting test performance which provides a theoretical basis for improving the performance of automatic transplanting machine.
