摘要 根据新疆地区的农艺要求,设计研发了JZ01-4800型联合整地机。介绍了作业机的基本结构和工作原理,并分别在南疆一师7团32#田、一师12团48#田、一师10团3#田进行了田间作业性能试验分析。结果表明:各田块的碎土率分别为93.18%、96.38%、97.53%,土壤平整度分别为0.49、0.41、0.35cm。该机能够满足新疆地区播前整地的技术要求,且可有效解决现有整地耙组存在越障能力差、耙片易磨损及损坏等问题,对于减少人力、物力资源的浪费,以及少耕区域的二次补耕具有较大的经济意义和社会意义。 JZ01-4800 Combined Soil Preparation Machine was designed combined with agronomic requirement in Xinjiang region.In the paper,the basic construction and working principle of JZ01-4800 Combined Cultivating Machine were introduced,and the Working Performance tests were conducted in fields from three farms of the first division in South Xinjiang,which included 32# field in 7 th regiment,48#field in 12 th regiment,3# field in 10 th regiment.The results showed that the working qualities of JZ01-4800 Combined Cultivating Machine were as follows : the soil-breaking rate of respectively 93.18%,96.38%,97.53%,the surface roughness of respectively 0.49 cm,0.41 cm,0.35 cm in correspondent field.The machine would meet the agrotechnical requirement of soil preparation in Xinjiang,and effectively solve the problems existed in present machine that obstacle performance was poor,the harrow disk was easy to damage,the adjustment angle of harrow disk was complex.The designed machine belonged to energy saving of high efficiency machinery,which would had great economic and social significance.
