市场环境下基于多级储能系统的风电场经济调度策略 被引量:1

摘要 随着新能源技术与电力市场结构的不断完善成熟,以风电为代表的分布式新能源将在电力市场中扮演重要角色。通过市场激励有效提升风电场的经济效益,并合理抑制风电出力波动,是新能源消纳过程中亟待探索的问题之一。针对此问题,文章提出了一种在市场环境下基于多级储能系统的风电场经济调度策略。两级储能系统分别用于日前和实时电力市场中的风电并网调度:第一阶段的储能系统用于提高风力发电的经济效益;第二阶段的储能系统用于平滑并入电网的风功率。通过算例验证了该调度策略对提升风电场经济效益、平滑并网电量波动的有效性。 Recently,with the continuous improvement and maturation of new energy technologies and electricity market structures, distributed new energy sources represented by wind power will play an important role in the power market. How to effectively enhance the economic benefits of wind farms through market incentives and to reasonably curb the fluctuation of wind power output will become one of the problems to be explored in the process of new energy consumption. This paper proposes a hybrid wind energy storage scheduling strategy based on two-stage energy storage system for that problem. Two-stage energy storage systems(ESS)are used for grid-connected wind farms in the day-ahead and real-time electricity markets respectively. The first stage of the ESS is used to increase the economic benefits of wind power generation and the second stage of the ESS is used to smooth the wind power into the grid. Finally,an example is given to verify the effectiveness of the dispatching strategy in improving the economic benefits of the wind farm and smoothing the fluctuation of grid-connected electricity consumption.
