基于高速摄像技术枸杞振动采收运动规律的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究枸杞在振动采收过程中果实与枝干脱落时的瞬时速度变化规律,可为振动机械化采收提供理论依据。利用机械振动装置对枸杞果树进行了侧枝落果试验,通过高速摄像机对分离过程进行跟踪拍摄和图像分析处理,由分析结果可知:枸杞果实在脱落过程中,果实存在随侧枝振动方向的直线运动、绕果柄与侧枝连接处的摆动与以果实中轴线为中心的扭转;枸杞果实与侧枝分离时最大瞬时速度为2.97 m/s;当枸杞果实与侧枝相对瞬时速度达到最大值时,枸杞与侧枝完成分离。研究结果为振动收获机械设计与制造提供了理论参考。 The research studied in the instantaneous velocity law of wolfberries and branches in the process of vibration harvesting,as to provide theoretical basis for vibration harvesting mechanization. Using mechanical vibration device to study wolfberries dropping test,high-speed cameras is used to follow the separation process,through the i-speed processing software analysing and calculating the images. By the analysis result,in the process of separation,the fruit exist with the linear motion following the lateral branch of vibration,swing around the joint of peduncle and lateral branch,and twist around the fruit axis centered,the maximum instantaneous speed of wolfberry fruit in the separation process is 2. 97 m/s. When the relative instantaneous velocity between wolfberry fruit and lateral branch reaches the maximum,wolfberry fruit completely separate from the lateral branch. Using high-speed cameras to analyse the instantaneous velocity can better observe the rule of the wolfberry fruit in the process of motion,provide theoretical reference for design and manufacturing of vibration harvesting machinery.
