摘要
通过北京地区某以深厚砂卵石层为持力层的高度200 m的超高层建筑的岩土工程勘察,对工程的关键技术问题进行了分析,分别采用挖探、电阻率测试、物探、原位直剪试验、浅层地震法、TEM法、数值模拟、协同沉降计算等综合勘察措施与手段,针对本工程的关键技术问题提出了相应的勘察技术对策,采用变刚度调平基础设计方法,大胆尝试采用天然地基方案,为类似工程勘察实践提供借鉴与参考。
The exploration and in-situ measurement methods of sand and pebble layer of some super high-rise building of 200 m high on sand and pebble subgrade in Beijing in the paper, it analyses the important and difficult points of the project. Ana- lyzing key technical question of the project, adopting comprehensive investigation methods such as digging, resistivity test, ground pulsation test, in-situ direct shear test, shallow seismic prospecting, TEM, numerical simulation and cooperative settle- ment computing methods, putting forward corresponding technical countermeasures being directed at key technical question of the project,adopting design method of variable stiffness leveling foundation, attempting to adopt natural foundation scheme. It provides reference for similar projects.
