新疆县域经济发展与金融资源投入关系研究

Study on the Relationship between County Economic Development and Financial Resource Input in Xinjiang

县域经济是以行政区划分的地理空间,是以发展本地经济为宗旨的具有综合性和区域性特点且功能相对完备的和健全的经济单元,新疆县域经济发展水平的高低对于实现社会稳定和长治久安至关重要。金融是现代经济的核心,县域经济的发展离不开金融的支持,金融资源投入的多少,对县域经济的发展亦不可忽视。本文综合运用规范分析和实证分析相结合、定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,重点考察了新疆辖内17个样本县域经济发展与金融资源投入的关系,并对北疆、东疆和南疆县域金融资源投入与经济增长关系的差异进行了比较分析,以期能够为促进新疆县域经济发展提出有益的建议和参考。

The county economy is the geographical space divided by the administrative region, which is a relatively complete economic unit with comprehensive and regional characteristics and the function of developing the local economy. The level of economic development in the county in Xinjiang is of great significance for the realization of the society stability and long-term stability. Finance is the core of modern economy, the development of county economy can not be separated from the support of finance. The investment of financial resources can not neglect the development of county economy. This paper comprehensively uses the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,focusing on the relationship between economic development and financial resources investment in 17 sample counties in Xinjiang, The different relationship between investment in county financial resources and economic growth are comparatively analyzed in order to provide useful suggestions and references for promoting the development of county economy in Xinjiang.
