摘要
深圳某停车库综合楼项目场地狭窄,地下水丰富、地质条件复杂。基础地下3层,基坑深14.2m。该项目基坑施工周期长,基坑支护综合使用了旋挖咬合桩、旋挖灌注桩、三管旋喷桩、预应力锚索、钢管混凝土桩及内支撑等施工方式,使基坑支护与止水帷幕形成有机结合,通过优化基坑设计方案及施工措施,实现了基坑稳定及安全的目标。
A parking garage comprehensive building in Shenzhen, its space is narrow, underground water is rich, and geological condition is complex. The underground foundation has three floors, and the depth is 14.2m. The construction period of this foundation is long, and the foundation support comprehensively uses the construction method as rotary excavating secant pile, rotary excavating bored pile, triple-pipe rotary jet grouting pile, prestressed anchor cable, steel tube concrete pile and inner support etc., to make the organic combination of foundatinn pit and waterproof curtain, through optimizing the foundation design scheme and construction measures, it realizes the target of foundation stability and safey.
