摘要
为了对LED灯具的可靠性进行快速评估,评估专家提出了基于加速性能退化进行灯具可靠性评估的方法。该方法主要是针对灯具的使用寿命来进行评估,在评估的过程当中,通过温度以及电应力恒定加速退化实验,来进行以性能退化为基础的LED灯具可靠性评估工作。
In order to evaluate the reliability of LED lamps rapidly, the evaluation expert proposed a method based on the accelerated performance degradation to evaluate the reliability of the lamps. This method is mainly to evaluate the life of the lamp, in the process of evaluation, through temperature and electrical stress constant accelerated degradation experiment, to carry out the reliability assessment of LED lamps based on the performance degradation.
