精益化管理在火力发电厂施工中的应用

火力发电厂是我国的主要发电企业,在施工过程中做好管理工作,能够提高施工质量,保证火力发电厂的稳定运行。精益化管理作为发电厂施工的新型管理模式,能够降低项目施工成本,达到利润最大化的目的。基于此,论文主要对精益化管理进行了简要的分析,并对其在火力发电厂施工中的应用进行了研究。

The thermal power plant is the main power generation enterprise in China. Doing well the management work in the construction, can improve the construction quality and ensure the stable operation of the thermal power plant. As a new management mode of power plant construction, lean management can reduce project construction cost and achieve maximum profit. Based on this, the article mainly analyzes the lean management, and studies its application in the construction of thermal power plant.
