摘要
核电站反应堆厂房主体施工是整个核岛土建工程的核心,也是进度控制重点。反应堆厂房主体施工的工期由关键路径上的工作持续时间决定,任何一个关键工作的延误都将直接影响到工程进度。通过对反应堆厂房主体施工关键路径的分析,明确了主体施工各条施工路径间的内在逻辑关系,为工期优化分析提供了着力点。
The construction of main body of reactor building is the core of the civil engineering of the whole nuclear island, is also the focus of progress control. The duration of the construction of the main body of the reactor building is determined by the duration of the work on the critical path, any delay of the critical work will directly affect the progress of the project. Analysis on critical path of main body construction of reactor building, it shows the inner relationship between the construction paths of the main construction, and it also provides the basis for the analysis of duration optimization.
