企业贯标机遇与问题研究

Investigations on the Opportunities and Problems Brought by Enterprises' Implementation of Standardization

2013年3月1日,国家正式颁布《企业知识产权管理规范》。在四年多的时间里,贯标工作取得了显著成效,但在推进过程中也出现了一些问题,当然还有更多企业正在赶往贯标的路上。本文试图就贯标带来的机遇、企业如何在这次机遇中把握自身发展,以及目前企业在贯标工作中存在的问题和应对策略进行探讨。

National standard Enterprises Intellectual Property Management was promulgat-ed offi cially on March 1 st, 2013. Within the past more than four years, implementation of the standardization gained signifi cant progress, although there were still issues from time to time. At the same time, more and more enterprises are on their ways to catch up with the standardization. This article focuses on discussions about： 1） more opportunities that can be brought by the im-plementations of standardization; 2） how enterprises can seize this opportunity to develop them-selves; 3） current existing problems and the corresponding solutions/strategies when enterprises implement the standardization.
