Investigation and Research on Intellectual Property Protection of Innovation Enterprises

本文通过对双创、四众企业进行调研,梳理相关企业知识产权保护现状,查找目前双创、四众企业知识产权保护工作存在的问题,了解相关企业对知识产权保护的工作需求,为完善知识产权保护政策、开展知识产权保护公共服务提供建议和参考。

Through the investigation of innovation enterprises, entrepreneurship enterprises, crowdsourcing enterprises, crowd-funding enterprises and crowd-support enterprises, the intellectual property protection actuality and existing problems are found out, and the work requirements are collected. The authors provide policy reference for improving the intellectual property protection policy, and carry out the suggestions of public service.
