关于中国服装类产品外观设计申请质量提升的一点思考

近年来,中国国家知识产权局受理的外观设计申请量持续居全球首位,其中服装类产品申请量占比较多。具体分析这些专利申请,专利申请的质量参差不齐,本文从提升服装类产品外观设计申请质量出发,结合中国目前服装产业知识产权保护的现状,提出几点建议。

In recent years, the number of industrial design applications that accepted by SIPO continues to rank fi rst in the world, which including more applications for apparel products. Specifi c analysis of these patent applications, the quality of patent applications is uneven. This article starts by improving the quality of industrial design applications for apparel products, and gives a few suggestions combining the current status of intellectual property protection in the apparel industry in China.
