西部医院践行《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the medical practices of the Standardized Nursing Practices for Intravenous Therapy in western region hospitals of China

目的:调查西部医院践行《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》(以下简称"静疗规范")及护士掌握"静疗规范"的现状,为进一步践行"静疗规范"提供依据。方法:对西部地区十省/自治区一市110所医院进行静脉输液治疗现状调研,同时运用西部护理联盟统一编制的调查问卷,对上述医院的14 779名护士进行问卷调查。结果:110家医院平均输液率为69.7%,穿刺工具选择留置针占47.1%,钢针占41.9%,知晓并在2014年5月正式实施"静疗规范"为32.0%~92.7%;护士对"静疗规范"掌握平均正确率为41.1%。结论:西部地区十省/自治区一市部分医院已基本践行"静疗规范",护士对"静疗规范"掌握欠佳,建议卫生行政部门和医院齐抓共管,统一标准、全员学习、加强培训,贯彻落实"静疗规范",可有效规范护士的静脉治疗护理技术操作,保证静脉治疗护理安全。

Objective： To investigate the current situation of the practices of the Standardized Nursing Practices for Intravenous Therapy（SNPIT） by some western region hospitals in China. To learn whether the nurses follow the standards and provide more information for pushing forward the standards. Methods： We investigated the SNPIT practices by the nurses from 110 hospitals in 10 provinces（or autonomous region） and 1 city in western region through cross-sectional study. We collected data about SNPIT practices by the questionnaire method from 14 779 nurses. Results： There was on average an infusion rate at 69.7%. The intravenous access instruments included catheter（47.1%） and steel needle（41.9%）. There were 32.0%-92.7% of the nurses who knew and practiced the SNPIT strictly. The correct rate of the SNPIT practices was 41.1%. Conclusion： By data from 110 hospitals in 10 provinces（or autonomous region） and 1 city in the western region, the SNPIT has been widely used. However, the level of the practices remained not high enough. We suggest that the health and the administrative departments cooperate to further standardize the practices and promote the correct practices of the SNPIT by intensive training. It is safe and effective to regulate the nursing practices for intravenous therapy by practicing the SNPIT.
