浙北陈氏中医内科历代医家生平及著作考(上)

A Study of the Life and Works of the Medical Practitioners CHEN's Traditional Chinese Medicine in Northern Zhejiang

[目的]从生平、著作等角度对浙北地区陈氏中医内科最早的四位医家即陆兰坡、张希白、吴炳、吴仁培进行考察。[方法]以传承谱系为线索,通过对《嘉善县志》《嘉善名医传略》《浙北医学史略》《浙江医人考》《浙江省人物志》等史料及陈氏中医内科相关著作的研究,结合陈氏后人评述,对陈氏中医内科四位始祖的生平及著作进行考证和整理。[结果]经考证,清代乾隆时期的青浦名医陆兰坡为陈氏中医源头,至今已将近三百年。其传人张希白,不仅精于医术亦弘扬医道,著有《药性蒙求》《斑疹新论》《临证碎玉》等著作。其弟子吴炳古道热肠,学识渊博,著有《证治心得》12卷。吴炳之子吴仁培,学验俱丰,著有《延陵医案》3卷。[结论]嘉善陈氏中医,源远流长,历代名医辈出。陆、张等四位祖师不仅医术精湛,仁厚待人,并且将经验著于书中,流传后世。陈氏中医内科是浙派中医在浙北地区一支重要的分支,具有很高的学习及借鉴意义。

[Objective] To Investigate the earliest four doctors of CHEN＇s Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine in northern Zhejiang LU Lanpo,ZHANG Xibai, WU Bing and WU Renpei, from the perspective of life and works.[Method] Taking the inheritance pedigree as the clue, through the historical materials textual research, the analysis and so on, to collect and analyze the life and works of four doctors widely. [Results]LU Lanpo, a famous doctor of Qingpu in the Qing Qianlong period, has been the source of CHEN＇s traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 300 years. His descendant, ZHANG Xibai, was not only good at medicine, but also carried forward the principles of medicine.＂Resistance＂ ＂New Comment on the Maculae＂＂Rash ＂Shredding Jade＂ and so on. WU Bing, his student, was a warm-hearted man with profound knowledge and was the author of 12 volumes of ＂Experience of Proof and Treatment＂.WU Yanpui, son of WU ping, was the author of 3 volumes of＂Yanling Cases ＂inspired by his thoughts, CHEN Liangfu became a famous doctor of Zhejiang school in modern times.[Conclusion]Jiashan CHEN＇s traditional Chinese medicine has a long history. LU, ZHANG and other four ancestors not only had exquisite medical skills, but also wrote the experience in the book, to the later generations., which is an important branch of Zhejiang school of traditional Chinese medicine in the north of Zhejiang Province, which has the very high significance to study and the reference.
