浅析小发汗法在风寒恋肺型感染后咳嗽中的运用

Analysis of the Application of the Small Sweating Method on Post Infectious Cough with the Type of Feng Han Lian Fei

[目的]探讨小发汗法在风寒恋肺型感染后咳嗽中的运用合理性。[方法]通过对伤寒论小发汗法及小发汗三方的机制剖析,以及对风寒恋肺型感染后咳嗽的病因病机分析,探讨两者的相关性,并运用小发汗方治疗风寒恋肺型感染后咳嗽的实例初步验证其疗效。[结果]小发汗三方病机为表证未罢,正气有所减弱,邪正相持于表;风寒恋肺型感染后咳嗽病因病机为邪正相持于肺系,邪不盛而正有所伤。两者病因病机相近,三方中桂枝麻黄各半汤来治疗风寒恋肺型的感染后咳嗽更合适,效果较好。[结论]小发汗法符合风寒恋肺型感染后咳嗽的病机,运用小发汗法治疗风寒恋肺型感染后咳嗽是合理的、且疗效肯定,值得进一步去研究。

[Objective]To discuss the rationality of the application of amall sweating method on post infectious cough with the type of Feng Han Lian Fei.[Methods] By analysizing the mechanism of small sweating and the three prescriptions of small sweating, and analysizing the etiology and pathogenesis of the post infectious cough with the type of Feng Han Lian Fei, we can explore the rationality between them, and use small sweating prescription to treat the cough and preliminarily test the curative effect. [Results] The vitality has been weakened and it is fighting with the pathogen on the body surface, is the pathogenesis of the three small sweating prescriptions; the vitality is fighting with the pathogen in lung and both of them are weakened, is the etiology and pathogenesis of the post infectious cough with the type of Feng Han Lian Fei.So the etiology and pathogenesis of them are simlilar, and the Gui Zhi Ma Huang Ge Ban Tang in the three small sweating prescriptions is more suitable for treating the post infectious cough with the type of Feng Han Lian Fei than the other two.[Conclusion] The small sweating method accords with the pathogenesis of the post infectious cough with Feng Han Lian Fei, to use the method to treat such cough is suitable and effective, so it is worth further researching.
