岳仁宋教授治疗中风后遗症的临证经验

Professor YUE Rensong's Experience in the Treatment of Apoplexy Sequelae

[目的]总结岳仁宋教授治疗中风后遗症的临证经验。[方法]跟诊学习,收集相关病案,分析岳仁宋教授对中风后遗症中医病因病机的认识,总结中风后遗症治疗经验,并附医案佐证。[结果]岳仁宋教授治疗该病讲究内外风结合论治,并配合活血利水之法,善用《古今录验》续命汤(以下称为续命汤)加减治疗,可明显改善患者生存质量。[结论]岳仁宋教授治疗中风后遗症有独到的临床经验,从外风引动内风、瘀水互结两个不同角度论治,临证效果颇著,值得学习推广。

[Objective]To summarize Professor YUE Rensong＇s clinical experience of the treatment of apoplexy sequelae.[Methods]The author studies from the teacher, collecting related medical records, analysing etiology and pathogenesis of Professor YUE Rensong in apoplexy sequelae, and sums up dialectical and treatment of apoplexy sequelae and exemplifies that.[Results] Professor YUE Rensong treatment pays attention to both inside and outside the wind combined with the disease differentiation, and complies with the method of invigorating the circulation of water, to make good use of the Xuming Tang of Gujin Luyan（here after called Xuming Tang） and subtracted treatment, can obviously improve the quality of survival.[Conclusion]Professor YUE Rensong has rich clinical experience on the treatment of apoplexy sequelae in traditional Chinese medicine. Curative effect is distinct and it is worth learning and promoting.
