密集型圆利针针刺治疗跟痛症80例疗效观察

Observe the Clinical Effects of Intensive Circular Acupuncture in the Treatment of Heel Pain

[目的]观察密集型圆利针针刺治疗跟痛症的临床近期及远期疗效。[方法]收治自2013年2月至2017年2月期间80例跟痛症患者作为本次研究的研究对象,分别将由髂翼外三肌和内收肌或髌下脂肪垫或内外踝部软组织损害等不同部位引起的跟痛症患者行密集型圆利针针刺,10次为1疗程,隔日1次,治疗周期为1~2疗程,针刺后以跟痛症状缓解程度和患足行走功能情况为评价指标进行疗效评估。[结果]本组80例,治愈70例,治愈率87.5%;显效4例,显效率5%;有效2例,有效率2.5%;无效2例,无效率2.5%,总有效率95%。脱落2例(1例因惧针中途放弃治疗,1例治疗3次后疼痛缓解因出国而中断治疗)。1个疗程治愈者50例(其中1次治疗疼痛消失3例),2个疗程治愈者20例。随访1年未复发者68例,复发者2例,仅在天气变化时仍有轻度不适感者6例。[结论]密集型圆利针针刺治疗跟痛症具有针法独特、安全、见效快、远期疗效确切的特点,作为一种常规治疗跟痛症的方法,值得借鉴和推广并进一步研究。

[Objective] To observe the clinical short-term and long-term effects of intensive circular acupuncture in the treatment of heel pain. [Methods] 80 patients with heel pain were treated as the subjects of this study during the period of February 2013-February 2017. The patients with the three muscles of the iliac and the adductor or the subpatellar fat pad or the soft tissue of the internal and external malleolus were treated with intensive round needle acupuncture, 10 times a course of treatment, once every other day. The treatment had 1~2 courses. After acupuncture, we evaluated the effect of pain relief and foot walking function. [Results] 80 cases of this group were cured, 70 cases were cured, the cure rate was 87.5%, the effective rate was 4 cases, the effective rate was 5%, the effective 2 cases, the effective rate 2.5%, the ineffective 2 cases, the inefficiency 2.5%, the total effective rate 95%. There were 2 cases of abscission（1 case was given up by fear of needles）, 1 case was relieved after 3 times of treatment, and the treatment was interrupted because of going abroad. In 1 course, 50 cases were cured, 3 cases were pain disappeared, 2 cases were cured, 20 cases were cured. After 1 year of follow-up, there were 68 cases without recurrence, 2 cases recurred, and 6 cases had mild discomfort only during the weather change. [Conclusion] The intensive circular needle acupuncture has the characteristics of unique, safe, fast and long term curative effect in the treatment of heel pain. As a routine treatment for heel pain, it is worthy of reference, promotion and further study.
