吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩治疗化疗相关性呃逆的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Fructus Evodiaeacupoint Application Combined with Acupoint Massage in the Treatment of Chemotherapy-induced Hiccough

[目的]探讨吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩治疗化疗相关性呃逆的临床疗效。[方法]选取符合纳入标准的患者81例,随机分为观察组40例和对照组41例。对照组予盐酸甲氧氯普胺止呃逆治疗联合常规护理(饮水法、饮食调理、心理护理);观察组在对照组的基础上予吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩,观察两组患者每日呃逆次数,腹胀、食欲减退、泛酸、嗳气、反胃等中医临床症状积分变化,并按照中医病症疗效标准进行疗效评价。[结果]观察组治疗总有效率为92.50%,对照组治疗总有效率为60.98%,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗前两组患者腹胀、食欲减退、泛酸、嗳气、反胃中医症状积分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者腹胀、食欲减退、泛酸、嗳气、反胃中医临床症状积分均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩,可缓解呃逆症状并且能减轻患者腹胀、食欲减退、泛酸、嗳气、反胃等其他不适症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of Fructus Evodiaeacupoint application combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced hiccough. [Methods]A total of 81 patients with hiccough were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into observation group with 40 cases and control group with 41 cases. The two groups were treated with metoclopramide combined with usual care treatment, and at the same time the observation group given Fructus Evodiaeacupoint application combined with acupoint massage. Hiccough, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, acid reflux, belching and nausea were evaluated, according to the criteria of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of diseases and syndromes in TCM.[Results]In the observation group, the total effective rate was 92.50% higher than that of 60.98% in the control group（ P〈 0.01）. There were significant differences between two groups in the integral difference of Chinese medical symptoms before and after the treatment（ P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Fructus Evodiae acupoint application combined with acupoint massage can ease the symptoms of hiccough, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, acid reflux, belching and nausea, improve quality of life, which is worthy of future clinical popularization and application.
