内蒙古白音华褐煤腐植酸的碱提分级研究

Research on Fractionated Humic Acid Extracted with Sodium Hydroxide from Inner Mongolia Baiyinhua Lignite

以白音华褐煤为原料,碱提分级褐煤腐植酸,制备棕黑腐酸和黄腐酸,容量法测定含量。探讨腐植酸提取率的影响因素,确定最佳实验条件为碱液浓度0.5 mol/L,碱提时间5 h,酸析pH值为2,总腐植酸提取率近50%。红外光谱结果表明,棕黑腐酸和黄腐酸具有芳香族羧酸结构,黄腐酸含有更多的C-O-C、C-O-H结构和磺基(-SO_3H)、硫醇基(-SH)等官能团。

The hymatomelanic, black humic acid and the fulvic acid（HM＋Hy A ＆ FA） were fractionated from the humic acid（HA） of Baiyinhua lignite by alkali extraction and analyzed the content by volumetric method. The factors influenced the extraction rate of HA were studied. The optimum experimental condition was determined with alkali concentration 0.5 mol/L, extraction time 5 h, acid separation pH 2, and the extraction rate of total humic acid was nearly 50%. IR spectrum proved that both HM＋Hy A ＆ FA have aromatic acid structure, while FA contains more C-O-C, C-O-H, sulfonic group（-SO3H） and thiol group（-SH）.
