基于离散元法的覆土圆盘工作参数优选与分析 被引量:1

摘要 在覆土机构中,覆土圆盘工作参数调整不当会造成土壤运输的堵塞,影响覆土机构的输送效率。为解决这一问题,采用离散元法建立了覆土圆盘与土壤的交互模型,分析确定了覆土圆盘的主要工作参数并进行仿真试验。结果表明:在试验范围内,影响覆土圆盘耕作阻力F的因素大小依次为深度h、偏角α、速度ν;影响质量流率qm的因素大小依次为速度ν、偏角α、深度h。当覆土圆盘偏角为40°、深度6cm、速度5km/h时,覆土圆盘在前进方向所受阻力为58.84N,质量流率达到1.65kg/s。该研究可为覆土圆盘工作参数的调整和覆土机构的设计提供理论依据。 The adjustment of working parameters of the soil-covering mechanism can cause clogging of soil transport and the transportation efficiency of the casing.In order to solve this problem,the interaction model of covering disc and soil was established by discrete element method.The main working parameters of covering disc were analyzed and simulated.The results show that factors influencing the resistance of covering disc are depth,the angle of deflection and speed.The factors influencing the mass flow rate are speed,the angle of deflection and depth.The deflection angle of covering disc is 40°,depth is 6 cm,speed is 5 km/h,the resistance of ccovering disc in the forward direction is 58.84 N,and the mass flow rate is 1.65 kg/s.It provides the theoretical basis for the adjustment of working parameters of covering disc and design of soil-covering mechanism.
