摘要
为研究卷盘式喷灌机的负载特性,以JP75-300型软管牵引式喷灌机为对象,基于虚拟样机建立卷盘式喷灌机的仿真模型,对卷盘式喷灌机工作时负载特性和扭矩变化规律进行研究,并通过搭建实物样机模型对仿真模型进行验证。结果分析证明该仿真模型的准确性和可靠性。该模型能缩短新产品研发周期,降低新产品研发成本,为卷盘式喷灌机的研发提供了理论依据。
In order to study the load characteristics of hard reel irrigator,taken JP75-300 hose reel irrigator as object,the paper built a simulation model of hard reel irrigator on the basis of virtual prototype,explored the loading condition and torque shift rules of hard reel irrigator in working.The accuracy and reliability of the simulation model was proved by setting up a physical model.The model can reduce cost of RD and shorten the development cycle of new product,and provide the theoretical basis for the research and development of hard reel irrigator.
