摘要 针对我国中小型植保机操作舒适性差、路况颠簸机架开焊的现状,设计了一种旱田专用的柔性底盘自走式喷杆喷雾机。高地隙喷杆喷雾机主要由底盘、动力系统、喷药系统及液压系统等部件组成。喷雾机前桥采用单轴铰接柔性减震,后轮采用独立柔性弹簧双轴减震机构;传动系统采用后轮链式两轮驱动,喷药系统采用全液压控制喷药及喷杆折叠。试验表明:该机作业效率高、可靠性强、操作方便,在满足农业要求的同时解决了颠簸机架开焊的问题。 A flexible chassis high clearance self-propelled boom sprayer for dry-land spraying has been designed,which overcome the shortcoming of bad operation performance and the welding seam on bump situation in the medium and small sized sprayer.The designed sprayer was mainly composed of four parts including chassis,power system,spraying system and hydraulic system.Here,different kinds of damping mechanisms were presented.In the chassis system,flexible shock absorption by single hinge was applied in the front axle and the double shaft damping mechanism with the independent flexible spring was introduced in the rear axle.The chain rear drive was used in the power system.The spraying and spraying rod folding were controlled by full hydraulic system in the spraying system.The test results showed that the designed sprayer possessed high working efficiency,strong reliability and easy-to-operation,not only meeting the requirement of agricultural plant protection but also solving the problem of welding seam on bump situation.
