4 QG-2型青贮割台全齿轮式传动系统的设计 被引量:2

摘要 通过对4QG-2型青贮割台全齿轮式传动系统的设计,有效解决了其他机型传动系统采用皮带传动所存在的问题。该传动系统可对喂入辊转速进行调节,从而实现对物料切断长度的控制;还可控制喂入辊进行反转,在不停机的状况下解决物料堵塞问题。田间试验结果表明:该传动系统工作可靠、稳定性高,整机作业效率约为0.7hm^2/h,平均割茬高度为1 2 0 mm,损失率≤4.1%。喂入辊在不同转速下,切碎动刀数量分别为2、3、4、6、1 2把时,青贮玉米切段长度与理论计算值吻合较好,切碎合格率≥9 5%,符合相关作业标准。 According to design of the all-gear transmission system of 4QG-2 silage header,the existing problems from using the belt transmission in driving systems of other machines had been solved.And the speed of feeding roller can be adjusted by this driving system.Besides,this system can also be used to control the inversion of feeding roller so as to solve the material plugging problems effectively in the non-stop conditions.Field experiment results showed that the working reliability and stability of this transmission system was good.The efficiency of this machine was at about 0.7 hm~2/h,the average stubble height was 120 mm,and its average loss rate was 4.1% or less.When the feeding roller was on different rotational speed and the number of chopping knives was 2,3,4,6,12 respectively,the cutting length of silage corn was good agreement with the theoretical calculation results,and the chopping percent of pass was 95% or more,which complied with the relevant standards.
