摘要 温室作物水培采用营养液进行循环灌溉,营养液在周期使用过程中会滋生很多有害细菌,影响作物的品质。荷兰等农业发达国家已普遍采用紫外线对营养液进行消毒,消毒设备与灌溉系统统一管理,达到了自动化的程度。为此,对紫外线消毒机理进行了深入研究,试制加工的紫外线消毒机具备接近国外同类产品的消毒能力,能实现自动管理、维护,降低了作物的灌溉成本,提高了作物的品质,具有较好的应用前景和推广价值。 In greenhouse crops hydroponic production the nutrient solution is always used for circulating irrigation.In this course,a lot of harmful bacteria will breed,which affect the quality of crops.In the developed countries such as Holland,ultraviolet radiation has been widely used in the disinfection of nutrient solution.The disinfection equipment and irrigation system are managed uniformly and reach automation degree.Based on study of ultraviolet disinfection mechanism,the ultraviolet disinfection machine for trial manufacture has the disinfection ability close to foreign similar products.Meanwhile,it also can achieve automatic management and maintenance,reduce crop irrigation cost,improve the quality of the crop,and has good application prospect and popularization value.
