摘要 为了提高杂交狼尾草茎秆叶的适口性和消化反应率,以及提高杂交狼尾草饲料化及能源化利用的效率,设计了一种杂交狼尾草切铡机。为此,介绍了该机的整体结构与工作原理,阐述了其关键部件的设计思路,并采用数值模拟的方法,运用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,对其核心工作部件刀盘进行了仿真分析。分析发现:刀盘应力主要集中在轴孔到丫形交叉点之间,最大值为204.46MPa,小于材料的屈服强度355MPa;且应力集中部位与应变较大部位基本吻合,最大应变值为1.03×10^(-3)mm,位移最大值为0.5 4 mm,其干扰频率8.3 Hz远小于前6阶模态振频,验证了该机设计的合理性。试验表明:该机在工作过程中运行平稳,能够满足实际作业需求。 In order to improve the palatability and digestion rate of steam leaf of Hybrid Pennisetum,and the utilization efficiency of it's forage and energy regeneration,we designed a kind of Hybrid Pennisetum cutting machine.Its overall structure,working principle and design mentality of key components were elaborated here.And with the numerical simulation principle,we used finite element analysis software,ANSYS Workbench to actualize simulation analysis to the core work unit,cutter.With the analysis,we found that the stress of cutter is mainly concentrated in the position between the shaft hole and the intersection,the maximum is 204.46 MPa,which is less than material yield strength 355 MPa; and the location of stress concentration is basically coincided to the strain site,the maximum strain value is 1.03 ×10^-3mm,the maximum displacement value is 0.54 mm,the interference frequency 8.3 Hz is far less than the first six order modal,those result have verified the rationality of the design of this machine.Test shows,The machine runs smoothly in the working process,which is able to meet actual operating requirements.
