摘要
针对我国现有牧草种子丸粒化设备自动化程度、工作效率及丸粒化合格率低等问题,设计了一种自动化种液实时混合系统。该机构将供种和供药系统设计在种子进入滚筒的下落过程中,省去种子和药液在滚筒内的混合过程,减少种液混合时间,种液混合更加均匀,降低了种与种之间的粘结机率,提高单籽率。试验结果表明:该装置可以明显减少丸化时间,提高种子丸化的单籽率和丸化率。
Aiming at the problems such as low degree of automation,low working efficiency and low yield of pellets,the paper designs a kind of automatic mixing system for automatic seeding.The agency will supply the supply and supply system to the seed in the process of falling into the drum,eliminating the need for seed and liquid in the mixing process in the drum,reducing the mixing time of the seed,the mixing of the seed more uniform and reducing the Bonding probability,increased single seed rate.The results showed that the device could significantly reduce the pelletizing time and improve the single seed rate and pelletizing rate of seed pelletization.
