摘要
在现有的鲜玉米分拣技术上,结合广西农业生产实际和市场需求情况,设计了一种鲜玉米自动分拣机,按鲜玉米长度进行分拣。该鲜玉米自动分拣机由传动部分、自动喂料装置及自动分拣装置等组成。工作流程:首先将鲜玉米放入喂料装置,使鲜玉米逐一进入玉米滑槽,玉米滑槽能矫正鲜玉米进入自动分拣装置的姿态,经过姿态调整的鲜玉米进入自动分拣装置;自动分拣装置由多级链条组成,链条上的拨齿限定鲜玉米位置,且使鲜玉米一个个分隔开,利用玉米重心位置,按鲜玉米长度进行分拣,鲜玉米在自动分拣装置中分拣,掉入不同级别的集装箱中。该机器原理简单,保养和维修较方便。试验结果证明:该机分拣鲜玉米准确率达到83.3%以上,且能耗较低。
On the existing fresh corn sorting technology,combining the reality of Guangxi agricultural production and market demand,we design a fresh corn automatic sorting machine,which is sorting according to the length of the fresh corn.The fresh corn automatic sorting machine consists of the transmission parts,automatic feeding device,automatic sorting device,etc.Work process: first,put fresh corn in a feeding device that can make fresh corn enter the corn chute one by one.Corn chute can rectify fresh corn's entering ways into automatic sorting device.After adjusting,fresh corn enters into automatic sorting device.Automatic sorting device is composed of multi-stage chain.the belt pawls on the chain limit the position of fresh corn,and separate fresh corn one by one,then make use of corn's center position of gravity,graded fresh corn according to the length of it,fresh corn classifies itself in the automatic sorting device,fall into the different levels of the container.This mechanical principle is very simple and it is easy to maintain and repair.Experimental results show that the machine's sorting fresh corn's accuracy can reach more than 83.3%,and cause low energy consumption.
