拖拉机数字化设计服务器智能远程协同技术研究——基于多媒体武术教学系统原理 被引量:6

摘要 丝状材料选择性熔覆(Fused Deposition Modeling)快速原型工艺是一种不依靠激光作为成型能源而将各种丝材加热溶化的成型方法,简称FDM。为了提高企业拖拉机的生产设计水平,提出了一种基于远程多媒体武术教学系统的网络化、协同化、开放式拖拉机零部件产品设计服务平台。基于Web和PDM的远程协同设计技术,采用智能化远程多媒体技术,实现了远程会议、远程CAD成型及远程制造系统控制等功能。为了验证平台的可行性,以拖拉机齿轮的设计和快速制造为例,对其研发周期和返工量进行了测试,结果表明:采用该服务平台可以有效缩短研发周期,减少返工量,从而验证了平台的可靠性。 Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM) rapid prototyping process is a method of heating and melting various kinds of wire without relying on laser as forming energy.In order to improve the design level of small and medium enterprises production of tractors,it presents a networked and remote multimedia teaching system of martial arts collaborative,open type tractor parts product design service platform based on Web and PDM technology.And it designed remote collaborative based on intelligent remote multimedia technology used to realize remote conferencing,remote CAD,remote molding manufacturing system control functions.In order to verify the feasibility of the platform,taking the design of tractor gear and rapid manufacturing as an example,the development cycle and the amount of rework is tested.The test results indicate that the platform can effectively shorten the development cycle,reduce the amount of rework,which verifies the reliability of the platform.
