摘要
阐述了国内外核桃破壳机的技术研究与应用现状,重点分析了核桃破壳加工的影响因素,指出了核桃破壳加工预处理技术及其应用现状,旨在为今后研究核桃破壳加工新型技术及装备奠定基础。
The technology research and application status of walnut shell cracking machine at home and abroad were described. The influencing factors of walnut shell cracking process were analyzed. The pretreatment technology and its application status of walnut shell cracking were pointed out,and the foundation of research on new technology and equipment of walnut shell breaking processing was laid.
