牵引式方草捆捡拾堆垛机的设计与研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决当前草捆收集难、堆垛耗时长及劳动强度大等问题,设计了牵引式方草捆捡拾堆垛机。该机由捡拾器、翻转集载机构、车架、液压系统和控制系统等部分组成,在控制系统作用下,一次性完成草捆的捡拾、输送、集载、运输、卸载和堆垛功能。试验表明:该机捡拾速度可达15km/h,运输速度可达30km/h,每天完成3000~5000捆方草捆的捡拾和堆垛,是人工的30~50倍。 In order to solve the current problems as the difficult straw collection,the long time stacking and the large labor intensity,the Pull-type Rectangular Pickup Baling and Straw Bale Buncher is designed and researched. The machine is composed of pickup,turnover and loading mechanism,vehicle frame,hydraulic system and control system. Under the control system,the straw bale picking up,transporting,loading,transporting,unloading and stacking can be completed at one time by the machine. The test shows that the pick-up speed can reach 15 km/h,and the transportation speed can reach 30 km/h,finally the collection and stacking of bales up 3 000 to 5 000 which is 30-50 times as labors' per day.
