新型风送式喷雾机风筒设计与研究 被引量:3

摘要 为提高矮化密植植物的施药效果,在现有风送式喷杆喷雾机基础上,设计了一种新型风送式喷雾机风筒,并对风筒内外流场进行CFD仿真,监测外流场距离出风口不同距离平面上风速风大小。结果表明:外部气流场风速分布均匀,能量损失少;将设计的风筒安装在喷雾机上进行实际大田作业,检验风送式喷雾机的雾滴沉积分布情况,验证仿真结果的准确性。雾量沉积分布试验结果表明:棉花冠层内部叶片正面雾滴平均覆盖率达到88.30%,叶片反面达到42.83%,上、中、下部冠层叶片正面雾滴平均覆盖率最大相差7.25%,叶片反面最大相差9.75%,整个冠层雾量沉积分布均匀性较好,冠内组合风送施药效果明显提高。 In order to improve the application effect of dwarf close planting plants,a new type of air sprayer was designed on the basis of the existing air sprayer sprayer. The CFD simulation of the flow field inside and outside the hairdryer is carried out to monitor the wind speed at the different distance from the outlet. The results show that the wind velocity distribution of the external airflow field is uniform and the energy loss is small,and the design of the hairdryer is installed on the sprayer to carry out the actual field operation. The distribution of the droplet deposition of the air sprayer is verified and the accuracy of the simulation result is verified. The results showed that the average coverage rate of the droplets on the inner leaves of the cotton canopy was 88. 30% and the leaf surface was 42. 83%. The average coverage of the frontal fog in the upper,middle and lower canopy leaves was 7. 25%,the maximum difference of 9. 75%,the distribution of the whole canopy haze deposition uniformity is better,the combination of the combination of wind to send the effect of significantly improved.
