土壤修复粉剂均洒混合装备的设计与试验研究

摘要 针对目前治理土壤重金属污染的土壤修复粉剂的撒施问题,设计了一种结构简单、性能可靠的土壤修复粉剂均洒混合装备。为此,阐述了土壤修复粉剂均洒混合装备的总体结构与工作原理,并对土壤修复粉剂均洒混合装备的传动系统进行了设计;结合土壤修复粉剂的流动性,对料箱进行了设计;同时,考虑到撒施的均匀性,对排料轨道和轨道安装角度进行了设计。试验结果表明:土壤修复粉剂均洒混合装备各项性能均满足设计要求。 In order to solve the problem of how to sprinkle the soil repair powder that treatment of soil heavy metal pollution,a simple and reliable Soil repair powder sprinkling evenly and mixing equipment was designed. This design describes the general structure and working principle of soil repair powder sprinkling evenly and mixing equipment. The transmission system of the Soil repair powder sprinkling evenly and mixing equipment was designed. In combination with the fluidity of soil repair powder,the design of the material box was carried out,and the uniformity of the sower was designed in the Angle of the discharge track and the rail installation. The test results show that the soil repair powder sprinkling evenly and mixing equipment to meet the design requirements.
