摘要
针对现有马铃薯排种装置重播率、漏播率较高及作业效率低的情况,设计了一种可实现切块种薯精量播种的马铃薯排种装置。以切块种薯为播种对象,对带勺式排种装置进行参数优化试验,得到带勺式马铃薯排种装置最优工作参数组合为:在播种带线速度为0.31m/s、清种调节手柄位于中间位置、投种高度为9cm、切块种薯形状系数位于161~240区间时,排种装置处于最佳排种状态,重播率为10.11%、漏播率为6.48%、株距变异系数为19.61%。该研究可为马铃薯播种机的设计提供参考。
Aiming at the situation of replanting rate,low leakage rate and low working efficiency of the existing potato seedling device,this paper designed a potato seeding device which can realize the seeding of seed. The optimal working parameters of the spoon-type potato seeding device were as follows: the seeding speed was 0. 31 m/s,in the middle position,the height of the planting is 9 cm,the seed formation coefficient is in the range of 161-240,the seeding device is in the best seeding condition,the replay rate is 10. 11%,the leakage rate is 6. 48%,the coefficient of variation is19. 61%,the study can provide a reference for the design of potato planter.
