摘要
从风化的煤矸石中取样,通过平板法进行初筛,用解离目标矿物进行复筛方法,培育出一株具有高解磷能力的菌株,命名为GZ-8。通过对GZ-8菌株形态学观察,16Sr RNA同源性分析,美国国立生物技术信息中心(NCBI)细菌库对比发现,与类香味菌(Myroides odoratimimus strain)同源性达到99%,结合生理生化实验,确认GZ-8菌株为类香味菌。GZ-8菌株与商业菌巨大芽孢杆菌解离煤矸石的对比研究表明,GZ-8菌株解磷指标及效果优于商业菌巨大芽孢杆菌,是一株性能优异的解磷细菌。新型解磷细菌的开发,使煤矸石资源化成为可能,对环境保护和可持续性发展具有重要意义。
We obtained an array of bacterial strains from weathering coal gangue samples by primary screening using flat method.We then adopted the strains obtained in primary screening to solubilize phosphorus in targeted coal gangue and successfully screened and cultivated a strain of bacteria named GZ-8 with high phosphorus solubilizing activity in secondary screening..We found that GZ-08 shared 99%homology with Myroides odoratimimus strain by considering its colonial morphology,16 Sr RNA homology analysis and National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI)reservoir contrast.GZ-8 was later affirmed as Myroides odoratimimus strain by physiological and biochemical identification.We evaluated GZ-8 by comparison test of solubilizing phosphorus in coal gangue between GZ-8 and commercial phosphorus solubilizing bacteria of Bacillus megaterium.The results show that GZ-08 outperforms the latter.It is available to recycle coal gangue with the empolder of new phosphorus solubilizing bacteria,which is of great significance for environmental protection and sustainable development.
