摘要
采用微波消解和干法消解两种不同的前处理方法对铜藻进行预处理,然后用原子吸收分光光度计测定铜藻中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn的含量。对于这四种微量元素,采用微波消解和干法消解的加标回收率分别大于94%和90%,且微波消解相对标准偏差小于干法消解,均小于5%。相比干法消解而言,微波消解的精密度和加标回收率高于干法消解,更适合用做铜藻的预处理方法。
Two different pretreatment methods,microwave digestion and dry digestion,have been adopted to preprocess Sargassum horneri.The contents of Cu,Fe, Mn and Zn were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometer and the results show that an average over 90% on recovery rate are achieved by both microwave digestion and dry digestion methods.The microwave research groups have exceeded 94%while the standard deviation is less than 5%.In comparison with dry digestion,the microwave one gets a higher recovery rate and precision,which is recognized as a more suitable pathway for the pretreatment of Sagassum horneri.
