基于均值化主成分方法的烟叶内在化学成分质量评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 为合理地利用成品烟叶的主要化学成分数据,对麒麟复烤厂加工的不同产地同一等级成品烟叶内在化学成分质量进行科学评价,对烟叶均质化加工提供合理化建议。以成品烟叶的主要化学成分为主要依据,对影响成品烟叶质量的主要化学成分的原始数据进行采集,将原始数据进行标准化和均值化处理,利用传统主成分法和改进主成分法分析不同产地烟叶中部橘黄色3等级成品烟叶的6个化学指标,得出不同产地烟叶内在化学成分质量综合评价值。分析表明,改进后的主成分法解决了传统主成分法信息丢失和无量纲化方面的问题,充分考虑内在化学成分之间的相关性,因此改进后的烟叶内在化学成分质量评价较变异系数评价更加科学、合理。分析结果表明改进的主成分法更具有科学性和实用性,可以作为复烤厂实现均质化加工的参考依据。 In order to make rational use of the main chemical composition data of the finished tobacco leaves,the chemical components of the same grade finished tobacco from different areas of Kirin Recycling Plant were scientifically evaluated to provide reasonable suggestions for the homogenization processing of tobacco leaves.In this paper,the main chemical composition of the finished tobacco as the main basis for the quality of the finished tobacco main chemical composition of the raw data collected,the raw data were standardized and averaged by the use of traditional principal component analysis and improved principal component analysis of different origin orange-yellow 3 grade finished tobacco in the middle of tobacco leaf of the six chemical indicators,come from different regions of the chemical composition of tobacco internal quality evaluation value.The analysis shows that the improved principal component method solves the problem of information loss and dimensionlessness of the traditional principal component method,and fully considers the correlation between the intrinsic chemical components.Therefore,the improved quality evaluation of internal chemical components of tobacco leaves is better than the coefficient of variation More scientific and reasonable.The analysis results show that the improved principal component method is more scientific and practical,and can be used as a reference for the homogenization processing in the retort processing plant.
