摘要
针对多芯圆形室内软光缆中低烟无卤(LSZH)紧包光纤的LSZH阻燃聚烯烃紧包材料存在的热收缩现象展开了讨论。对不同品牌不同批次的LSZH阻燃聚烯烃紧包材料进行了多方面试验研究,经对试验结果的深入机理分析和探讨,提出了在材料模量、牵引速率、放线张力、模具结构、拉伸比、冷热水温度、出模口与水槽间隙以及应力释放等方面改进措施。这对改善LSZH紧包光纤紧包层热收缩现象具有一定指导意义。
Aiming at the thermal shrinkage behavior of the LSZH (low-smoke zero-halogen) flame retardant polyolefin tight buffer material for LSZH tight buffer fiber in multi-core circular indoor fiber optic cord, the discussion is carried out. The LSZH flame retardant polyolefin tight buffer materials of different batches and different brands are tested in many aspects. Through deep mechanism analysis and discussion on the test results, improvement measures aiming at material modulus, pull-off speed, pay-off tension, die structure, stretching ratio, temperatures of hot and cold water, the gap between the die mouth and the tank, and stress release are put forward, which has certain guiding significance for improving the thermal shrinkage in tight buffer layer of LSZH tight buffer fiber.
