被动活动结合MOTOmed改善脑卒中后患侧下肢痛风的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察被动活动结合MOTOmed改善脑卒中后患侧下肢痛风的疗效。方法:将60例痛风发作1天以内的脑卒中患者按简单随机化方法分为治疗组(常规康复治疗+被动活动结合MOTOmed介入)和对照组(常规康复治疗)各30例,治疗5天后观察两组患者VAS疼痛评分和关节活动度的改善情况。结果:治疗5天后,治疗组VAS评分、关节活动度改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中痛风患者在治疗中增加被动活动及MOTOmed训练,能显著改善患侧下肢的痛风症状,减少痛风对脑卒中后患侧下肢功能恢复进程的干扰。
