柔筋松骨行气补肾推拿手法配合电针治疗肝肾亏虚型膝痹病的临床疗效分析

Massage Therapy of Softening Tendons and Relaxing Bones, Promoting Qi and Tonifying Kidney Combined with Electroacupuncture in Treatment of Knee Impediment of Liver and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

目的:观察柔筋松骨行气补肾推拿手法配合电针治疗肝肾亏虚型膝痹病的临床疗效。方法:将100例肝肾亏虚型膝痹病患者随机分为治疗组(54例)和对照组(46例),治疗组给予柔筋松骨行气补肾推拿手法配合电针治疗,对照组则服用塞来昔布胶囊(0.2g,bid)、盐酸氨基葡萄糖片(0.75g,bid),治疗1个月后比较两组临床疗效及症状体征评分的变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效及症状体征评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柔筋松骨行气补肾推拿手法配合电针能有效减轻肝肾亏虚型膝痹病的症状,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of massage therapy of softening tendons and relaxing bones, promoting qi and tonifying kidney combined with electroacupuncture for knee impediment of live and kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods： 100 cases of patients with knee impediment of live and kidney deficiency syndrome were randomly divide into treatment group（54 cases） and control group（46 cases）, the treatment group treated with massage therapy of softening tendons and relaxing bones, promoting qi and tonifying kidney combined with electroacupuncture, while control group with Celecoxib capsules（0.2 g, bid） and glucosamine hydrochloride tablets（0.75 g, bid） oral administration, compared the efficacy and changes of symptom scores of the two groups after 1 month of treatment. Results： The efficacy and improvement of symptom score of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Massage therapy of softening tendons and relaxing bones, promoting qi and tonifying kidney combined with electroacupuncture can effectively alleviate the symptoms of knee impediment of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,which has a definite curative effect and deserves clinical promotion and application.
