中药沐足联合耳穴压豆在改善甲状腺术后患者睡眠质量中的作用

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine Muzu Foot combined with auricular acupoint pressure on improving sleep quality of postoperative thyroid patients

目的:探究中药沐足联合耳穴压豆在改善甲状腺术后患者睡眠质量中的作用。方法:将2015年2月~2017年8月本院接受甲状腺手术治疗后失眠的患者86例随机分为试验组和对照组各43例。对照组给予常规护理治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上再给予中药沐足联合耳穴压豆治疗。观察比较两组疗效及干预前后PSQI量表评分的情况。结果:试验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组入睡时间、睡眠效率以及睡觉时间的总分值均显著优于治疗前(均P<0.05);试验组入睡时间、睡眠效率以及睡觉时间的总分值显著优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:采用中药沐足联合耳穴压豆治疗甲状腺术后患者可以明显提高治疗有效率,且患者的睡眠质量得到显著的改善。

Objective：bjective：To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Muzu Foot combined with auricular acupoint pressure on improving the quality of sleep in thyroid patients. Methods：Methods：A total of 86 cases of insomnia undergoing thyroidectomy in our hospital were selected from February 2015 to August 2017 and randomly divided into experimental group（n=43） and control group（n=43）.The reference group given routine nursing treatment, the experimental group in the reference group based on the traditional Chinese medicine foot massage and ear pressure beans. The effectiveness of treatment after treatment was observed and compared between the two groups before and after PSQI scale scores. Results： The total effective rate of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The sleep time, sleep efficiency and sleep time in both groups were significantly better than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the sleep time, sleep efficiency and sleep time in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The use of traditional Chinese medicine Muzhu acupoint pressure bean treatment of patients after thyroid surgery can significantly improve the treatment efficiency, and patients with significant improvement in sleep quality.
